Kinvia, previously known as Canadian Feed The Children, delivers results by working alongside children, youth, their communities through a volunteer Board of Directors, our Country Office staff in Bolivia, Canada, Ethiopia, Ghana, and Uganda, and the leadership of our President & CEO. Our organizational structure is built to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in governance and community-led development.
Country Offices Team
Our Country Offices staff consist of operational and technical experts who work directly with local partners from Canada and in communities to monitor, evaluate, manage and continually improve development strategies that benefit children.

Our volunteer Board of Directors is comprised of senior professionals from varied background, who work together to provide best-in-class and Imagine Canada-accredited governance for the organization.
